23-vtec Swap, Have You Done It?

yes i'm planning on doing the 23-VTEC swap anything i should keep in mind when doing this frenkinstein swap??
i would apprechiate on-hands-experience with this matter

BTW i search this site and found nothing pertaining the matter...except one but nothing showed up

i assume you mean the H23/VTEC swap, i have head there are some gains, but it depends what you are trying to do, N/A or boost. For N/A the H23 pistons are not high enough of a compression to make a lot of power, but for mild boost they are good.

Indo- I don't have any experience with it, but I know a shop that will build it for you if you want.
