94 vx rear quarter panel

Hey guys, Im new to here...anyways, I got a civic hatch thats got a pretty rusted quarter panel on the passenger side. I can get one from the local junk yard. My question is...Can an adverage person put a new quarter in with basic welding and body work skills? Please help me out guys and gurls!!!!

Depends on what you mean by "average". If you can line it all up straight and are pretty confident in your abilities, then you should be okay.
