98 civic question

i just picked up a 98 civic hx about 2 weeks ago...ive been out of the hondas for a while and dont remember much about swaps etc the second gear in my trans is going out and the motor needs a $340 o2 sensor...anyway i come across a good deal on a complete z6 swap...so i want to know if i can put this in my 98. any help will be greatly appreciated...i have a local forum im a member of but i question some of the people on there so i figured id look for advice here.

depending where you are that swap can cause a ton of issues legally and with emissions

im in missouri...no worries with that...i just need to know what all steps i need to take to put this motor/trans in my car
