Ok, so for those that don't know, ASME was traditionally an acronym for American Society of Mechanical Engineers. ASME has become an international organization, and every year, there are Student Professional Development Conferences (SPDC). There are 10 SPDC's happening throughout the world this year, and my ASME student section at Texas Tech University was chosen to host the SPDC for District E.

The reason I'm posting this in here, is because I know there are some mechanical engineers that frequent the forum. I'm hoping that some of you can drum up some registrants from your respective universities. ASME is a great organization to be a part of, and students even have an opportunity to win money for competitions. For alumni, we are still looking for judges and speakers, so feel free to pm me if you are interested.

Is that what it's called now instead of the Regional Student Conference? Have you tried posting to various other ASME student chapter Facebook pages?
