B16A with a LS tranny?

Ok, I'm an aircraft mechanic. Unfortunatly this doesn't make a hell of alot of difference under the hood of my car.

I have a 99 Civic SI and I want to turbocharge, can/should I use an LS tranny from an integra? What does that mean if I want to buy a clutch or flywheel? How much of a difference will it make?

it will bolt right on as long as its hydrolic. (95+)
and its good for turbo- longer gears = more time spent in full boost
