Hey guys..
First time being on this board.
I'm a Saab/Honda freak.
I have a fully tweaked Saab turbo.
So Since I love turbos I put one on my CRX..
I don't know much about the KKK26 turbo..
And I've very lost right now.
I have a 1990 CRX Si w/ a 93 B18A1 and a K26 turbo that came off a Audi.
The turbo has a external waste gate..
Finished putting together everything tonight and started it up.
heres the problem...
When i go down the road and floor it... I get no boost!
Whats the deal?
I have a vac line coming off the throttle body and it T's off.
One line that T's off goes to the BOV, and then to the External Wastegate.
When the car is running the BOV opens up..
I'm so confused
Any info would be helpful.

No idea about the BOV..
No boost leaks..
I think i know whats wrong..
I'll work on it in the morning and post my results

Hey guys..
ok, T'ed of a vac line on the back of the intake manifold..
That line goes to BOV, Boost gauge, and wastegate..
Still No Boost.. and no leaks..
Whats the deal?

I would try using the fpr line for the boost gauge. If you can't use the compressor outlet as a signal for the wastegate- use a line off the fpr too. I like using the brake booster hose for the BOV.

Be sure to use FUEL LINE for the lines, crappy silicone lines will collapse under vacuum and will blow off under boost ( You don't want that line to blow off the wastegate) Use hose clamps, JB weld, zip ties, just make sure that line will not come off :)

Are you using a filter for the turbo?

Depending on what BOV you use, look at it during idle, and rev the throttle a little bit, you should see the diaphragm close, then reopen letting boost out after the you back off the throttle

Try and find out what kind of BOV it is--
