B21 Rebuild

I just got a 91 prelude.The engine is like messed up.The engine needs a total overhaul.I was wondering if its better to just swap or rebuild?Any tips..

A old friend's b20a took a crap on him a few years ago too. Its just about easier and cheaper to snag a japanese b20a and slap it in.
