there is an article on how to do this aswell as a few posts from the past. Search posts from 92b16vx about this. He did this on his car.

You can use either the whole trailing arm, or just the spindles from any 92-00 model with rear disc, score the ebrake from an Integra coupe for you model (I think, might be the four door, possibly the Civic Si 99-00) and the matching rear disc brakelines, and you're set. It is a pretty easy swap.
