Camber Kit help

I'm soon to put on my new Tein SS Coilovers kit on my '98 civic, but I need to find good front and rear camber kits. I hear good things about Ingalls, but I still want to know what is best to get, what brands, what style of kit.
Also, I see some kits that come with either rubber or polyurethane bushings, which is better or what application does each work best with?

I have used INTRAX's camber kits for my car. Arent too expensive and they do that job.
