The previous owner of my Y8-turbo had completely chopped off the stock MAP sensor plug to wire the Motorola 2.5 BAR map sensor. I need to re-wire the stock map sensor to pass NYS inspection.
I have been through 4, yes 4 stock MAP sensors trying to figure this out. The motorola 2.5 bar works fine, but the stock sensors will not change in voltage on the same wiring. So far, I verified the ECU, and the wiring to the ECU is good. There is 5v power, and good ground, as well as continuity to the ECU for the signal wire. Anybody have a wiring pinout for the stock sensor? I need to know what color wire goes where on this sensor if someone can look or has a picture...
