D16z6 to d18b with gsr head help

So I have a GSR head and its going on a B18b.the car is a 95 civic Ex. I read that if its OBd1(I'm pretty sure it is) that the engine harness can be reused. If not what do I need. And what ECU will I need to run it with vtec.

Also what mounts and axels will I need. The trans is a 2000 integra 5 speed.
