f22b dohc boost

how much boost you guys think i can run on my f22b dohc non vtec
the compression is about 9:0?

I know 7 psi should be safe

Need more info on your mods. But if you do it right and dyno car, stock internals can do around 9-12 a safe set is 7-8 but no less.
