A stupid little game that became meme-popular, so much so that the Vietnamese creator who made it in 20 minutes is now on talk shows and meeting with government officials from his country. It got too big for him to handle and he pulled the game from the app stores, and now people are clamoring for it.
One stupid person bought a phone with it still installed for $10k at the height of the 'oh my god it's going away forever' fever and now people everywhere are trying to do the same, thinking they can cash in.
