1989 Merkur xr4ti Turbo 5 speed! 100% DRIVE AND GO!
Yes this car is very unique. every thing works in the car except the A/C. it needs to be recharged. i assure you this is one of the best merkurs on the east coast.
engine:
it has a 4 cylinder 2.3l turbo engine and its Rear wheel drive apprx. 130k miles on motor, less on body.
3" full dual exhaust system
ported exhaust/intake manifold
boost controller set at 16lbs
ranger roller cam
Manual rad. fan switch
Manual IAC motor switch
full SDS fuel managment system with rich lean knob, the computer is in your hand, you can change every thing by the computer. you can squeeze 50 more hp out of the car.
Non intercooled. you can buy an intercooler for 200$
i am sure there is more that i cant remember.
suspension:
Stock hieght
all polyurethane bushings
Upgraded to all 4 wheel disk brakes
fresh brake pads
interior:
heated leather seats, tear in drivers side, the rest of the seats are good condition.
heated mirrors, RARE factory cruise control, after market guages, looks really nice, 10 disk cd changer in the trunk, a/f meter, shift light, dash has NO cracks, sun roof, back windows can be opened.
exterior:
Paint is in good condition, still glossy. bumpers are a little bit faded, has some scratches. The hood scoop is painted black now. i also took the merkur sign off, so now no one really knows what it is. its got a cosworth rear hatch with the double wing, grill, european grill and head lights.
xr4ti is the same thing as the mustang svo.
