Got a z grill pellet grill on a Prime day deal almost 2 months ago. I don't use it a lot, but everything had came out great. So much easier than charcoal. I just wish it had more of a smoky flavor. Tater tots and fries come out so much better than in the oven.

Made some wagyu plate ribs from Snake River Farms. Came out amazing. Started at 8AM and took off at 5pm.

Did a lot more smoking this fall and thru the holidays. New lady is very "appreciative" when I cook. Did everything from pizzas/brisket for a bday party, a turkey and stuffing for thanksgiving, and a 13lb standing prime rib and balsamic and bacon brussel sprouts for NYE. Everything turned out great, which I attribute to the ease of a traeger smoker and my ability to read a recipe. I will take a small amount of credit for correctly cutting the rib plate off the prime rib (assist to YouTube) without ruining it, which is no small task with a $200 hunk of meat. That was done in order to rub a mustard blend and stuff it with fresh herbs, before tying the rib plate back on before cooking.
