GSR/itr pistons/ctr cams: tuning necessary?

Hey, I have a 2000 integra gsr (usdm with 10:1 compression) and I have it tore down and was wanting to put the usdm itr pistons in it to get me to 11:1 comp. I was also going to install the ctr cams.

Can I just go without tuning and be detonation free? Or how about simply raising my fuel pressure a bit?

Oh, and in louisiana, we can't go OBD1 from OBD2 and still get an inspection sticker. No way around it.

Anyhow, what do you guys think?
 
You will need to get it tuned man. Convert it to OBD1 and get it tuned. Then come inspection time, raise the fuel pressure and put the stock ecu back in the car just to go and pass.
