I'm doing a D15b7 to D16z6 swap on my 95 Civic Dx. And I'm not sure what to do with some of the cooling lines. The D16 is different from the D15. There are no nipples for some of the cooling lines to go. I found a picture on the internet, that somebody rigged it to work. But I'm not 100% sure how they did it. I'm thinking about taking the D15 water pipe and put it on the D16 that would solve one issue. I was wondering if anybody knew how to do it? Please help me!

This is how its done on a D15b7

I have no left nipple, this is what it looks like!

I have the long nipple on the right side.

I only have 2 nipples, not 3 like the diagram.

This is how somebody else has done it!

i would use the other water pipe to eliminate the one nipple youre missing.
the large nipple on the intake manifold comes from the thermostat housing, its the "U" shaped hose with a slight bend in it in the diagram.
the smaller nipple on the intake manifold also comes from the thermostat housing, though i cannot see if you have the nipple on there for that or not. is this the thermostat housing that came with your d16z6?

If you look under the larger nipple on the intake manifold in the diagram. There is a little nipple that is part of the intake manifold, you can't see it that great in this picture. That nipple goes to the Fast Idle Valve. The thermostat I have is just like this one in the picture-

This is the 3rd nipple on the manifold I don't have

Well since nobody could help me out, this is what I have done. And hopefully the coolant gets to where it needs to go.
