Massachusetts Inspection station video surveillance

Anybody see this?

Mass is going to require video surveillance in inspection shops to ensure they're doing their job. I also like the part where the inspection shop will have to foot the bill. I know a few of you live in Mass, have fun swapping parts back to stock.

i believe NY has had something like this for 20 years... perhaps not filmed but basically, if they get caught passing a car through tech with something illegal on it, the shop is basically done being a shop - loss of license.

Inspections suck anyways. It's a lot of overhead for shops that offer it. And most shops only make money if the owner gets their fixed there. Not many shops that I know of offer an incentive.
