A good friend of mine is looking at buying a 96 gsr. Here's the catch. It's got a b16a1, running on an ls wiring harness and ls ecu. Tach doesn't work because of the harness, nor does vtec. Aside from changing the ecu, what else needs to be done to get this beast running properly? Thanks in advance guys!

i got to wire in vtec to ur ecu its not hard its 2 wires

i'd stay away from it. unless it is $2000, i wouldn't want to buy it. who knows what else could be wrong with it.

the tach should work regardless of what harness is used
vtec should work if you get a vtec ecu and wire in the vtec, check the wiring diagrams in the refrence section, then follow the wiring.
