Its been a long damn time(year or more lol) since I last logged in to hondaswap!
And a lot of things have changed, so lets get started:
I bought my 1989 HF CRX in 2004 for $400 and it went to the crusher in 2007 due to substantial damage at the hands of a lifted F150, but I was able to save the motor and random other little parts and sell it to a good friend of mine.
* Yes this was back in my ricer days so no flaming...............lol
And once the HF was gone I found myself a *minty* 1990 Si hatch in 2007 that I daily drove for about a year. Then sadly the motor gave way at the oh so weak connecting rods of the D's at 255,896 miles. After the motor on the Si blew I parked it and there it still sits till this day
*Don't mind the wheels they were all I had laying around when I sold the polished fat 5's that used to be on it............lol
While I was daily-ing the hatch I found myself missing the CRX more and more so I went on a CRX hunt and found a decent 88' DX shell for $450 in mid 2007. It was intended to become my track car but never reached that point as I sold it in 2009 due to money issues :
After the hatch blew, I was in need of a daily so went and got myself a 97' LS Integra with complete GSR leather interior:
* Its sitting on skunk2 proS coilovers and a no name 2 1/2 inch cat-back exhaust, the rest is stock.
