Whats up and welcome to Hondaswap ! Also you just buy D16y8 parts that would be stock for your engine it is interchangeable fully

Who told you it has been swapped? can you take a pic of the engine code? it's right in front under the distributor where the engine and trans connect.

thanks for responding... so i want to do some upgrades to my motor where should I start ?
Start with the basics , Intake/Header/Exhaust and short throw shifter , car is like building legos easy and is great platform to learn on. Also appears to be factory engine not a D16A

ah at this point like 99.99999% of people selling these things say swapped/rebuilt , and what they really mean is they swapped in another used engine lol Unless pics are newer than your original posted its prob a d16y7/y8 , and even if its a JDM D16a its literally the exact same engine as a d16y8 literally exact same thing for different markets with a SLIGHTLY different cam profile and MAP on the ECU , if it even has the correct d16a ECU nothing negative at all here im just clarifying you buy all same stock parts as your car came with looking it up at parts store

It looks like it's an obd2 SOHC ZC... haven't seen many of those.
hmotors has it listed: 96-99 ZC / D16A SOHC Long Block (Non VTEC) [ITEM NUMBER 30023] – HMotorsOnline

intake mani looks correct/matching.
im not too happy with this motor and going to be getting a settlement from a car accident i was in about a year ago. im contemplating on building a motor and want it to be a top notch motor when its done what do you suggest i build onto? money is not gonna be a issue with this build
