No Power after d16z6 swap

Swapped a d16z6 into my 89 Civic EF. For some odd reason, all the fuses check out and i'm getting power to them, the starter is getting 10 amps with the key off and 12 amps with the key on. I have no lights on the dash, brake lights, or headlights (yes the battery is good). What should I start checking? Sounds kinda like a bad ground someplace but anyone else have any ideas?

Try supplying a separate ground to a head or tail light.
Basic process of elimination will do it everytime.
