I am not too familiar with Cali geography, but I don't think anything in LA County is 5200 feet above sea level.

Bandimere Speedway
Morrison, Colorado (right outside of Denver)
5,860 f'in feet above sea level (makes ITR's run times close to a normal D16)
http://www.bandimere.com

jesus, i knew a kid with a cobra that ran 12.48's in pheonix and now runs 14.00's in colorado springs. but everybody else is slow too so it's all the same i guess

Orlando Speedway
Bithlo,Florida
1/4 mile
 I cant be certain of the elevation, can't be more than 10 ft. above sea level, nobody around here can have a basement in there home other wise it will eventually take on water!!!

Yeah, it applies to everyone. It's worse for people who run n/a though. You pretty much NEED to go FI up here if you want to run quick times. Just not enough oxygen.
