What can i do to my prelude for cheap... that'll make it faster, i have intake, saving for header and catback, maybe cams, but what next?

Definitely go for the cams and some adjustable cam gears. You'll need to start playing with your timing and fuel curves if you're not looking at going VTEC or boost (with a VAFC or a Hondata). Although, cams + gears will not be cheap. If you look around the site, you'll see something being repeated over and over:
