problems with forums

anytime Im on here, after I post I keep getting the website un avaiable screen. its also after I log in. I enter my user sn and password, and I hit log in and it brings the unavaiable screen up. any one else having a problem? also on the forum list page, there are pictures that I keep getting the red X on.
im getting it on this page:

after I post I get the unavail page, then I have to hit back and re enter into the thread to read my post.

you're having a problem with a proxy, firewall, or router, and is on your or your ISP's end... not HS
