Serious suspension problem

I need to change out the old E.S. bushings that I put in previously for some new ones cause there worn. The problem is is that when I worked on the first lower control arm, I got every bolt off but that one bolt that goes throught the control arm into the cross-member would not come out. It just kept spinning. What do you think can be the problem and what should I do. I ain't trying to swap out no cross-member.

Sounds to me like the threads are stripped.

try mashing a screw driver in behind the head of the bolt... use it as a lever ad you wrench it out.
