sunroof leak...

When it rains I get a lil bit of a leak coming through my sunroof...it closes all the way, but I was wondering if I need to get it some sort of weather stripping or how to sovereigns this issue...also get a leak from driver door just wondering if anybody else is having this issue or how to fix it...thanx in advance...
