Will a tanabe racing medallion full exhaust 2 1/4 pass smog on a 89 crx with sohc zc with AEM CAI in california?

I believe you can. My cousin VpSpoonSol passed smog with a universal fireball muffler with 2.5 inch pressure bent striaght piping. So i think you would be able to pass.

hyper medallion - yes, 50 state legal

It's a racing super medallion brand new. I know couple friends of mine past smog with 2 1/4 piping but they had a stock cat it the back and new cat converter.
Anyone know if this would past with a new cat converter and new o2 bung?
