Torque Specs For Flywheel And Pressure Plate

anyone know what the spec is for tightening down the flywheel and pressure plate on a b-series engine?

i just did this this last weekend, let me see if i remember correclty

flywheel 87ft.lbs
pp 19ft.lbs

dont quote me on this yet, my manual is all the way out in my car
make sure you tighten them down in a cross pattern too.
