User Titles?

I noticed that "New Member" seems to be replaced by "greenhorn." Is that for all of em, or do the Mods assign them? Also, I notice that color of the usernames in said cases is green. Is that a preference that can be changed or it default for the "greenhorn"? Cuz Id really like mine to be red.
