I have a friend with a 95 HB, the motor is blown and the block is garbage, cant be rebuilt.

It has no air intake, no exhaust manifold or a-pipe, no plug wires

Also it sits on 15" gsr 5 spoke wheels, the fat spoked ones, the tires are bald.

Its been run really hard, and had a big set of solo-baric's rattling shit loose for a while now, the little plastic that sits behind the window on the door rattled off.

Also the back panels of the rear seat have been cut out and custom amplifier panels were built for it, so the back panels have big square holes in them.

What I would like to do is pick this car up and do one of two things
1. throw my motor in it and just drive that.
2. convert my car to a manual

Let me know what you think I should offer for this car.

So you're buying a beat on and abused shell with effectively no engine and some horribly done mods for an over the top stereo system. The only positive thing it has is the wheels, and those aren't even that expensive. You'll have to toss the stock drivetrain and get the chassis converted to manual too.

1. Junk car
2. Junk engine
3. Rattled to pieces
4. Extra cost to convert to manual

Do you really want it? I wouldn't offer more than $1000 for it. You'd probably be better off finding a hatch from some old lady or something that's never used it for more than basic transportation.
