Which Engine For FI???

I recently bought an Acura Integra 98 SE... Now I'm planning to build up a Turbocharged engine but don't know which one is the best for this application... I wanna reach at least 300HP... I wanna build it from A to Z... My choice would probably be B18B but I need your opinions to help me... Thx
