Will An S2000 Eng. And Tranny Fit In Del Sol

I have been looking and looking for a six speed tranny. Will the S2000's tranny fit my B16. Also isnt the S2000 RWD? I read in the swap part of this site somewhere that a K20 and 6 spd will fit in a civic si. my del Sol is basically the same model just MUCH MUCH BETTER!
