wiring 4 wire o2 sensor

i have a single wire o2 sensor wiring harness from a cx civic. i need to wire a 4 wire o2 cuz its throwing the code for the o2 since its not hooked up. i have a b20 with a p75 ecu which calls for the 4 wire o2. my question is when i wire the 4 wires can i just splice the wires to the wires in the ecu? or do i have to directly pin it?

There won't be wires to splice in to... you'll have to use a re-pin tool to go into the pin outs.
