Default H22 swap problem please help

new here.. new here check this out

sup yall, im kinda a noob on engines and swaps so bare with me.. anyways just bought a 98 acura cl h22 swap and it has some problems.. the car runs smooth but the problems are - redlines at 4000rpm most of the time! and sometimes out of nowhere the vtec works then redlines at the cl ecu setting.. i know the car is obd2 and the engine is obd1, its runnin on the cl ecu and im pretty sure that i need the p13 ecu and obd2-obd1 wiring harness.. some people say that the p13 will not work because my key has a chip in it.. i dont know!.. anyways the engine light is blinking and found out the codes.. 22 - vtec system malfuction, 23 - ks circuit malfunction, 65 - secondary h02 heater circuit fault (sensor 2), and 71,72,73,74 - misfire or random misfire on all cyl. is that becuase the h22 is running on the cl ecu or what? what all do i need to get the car running right! thanks

oh yeah i also took it up to a local shop and they were suprised on how the car is even running! they said they dont even know what to do with it.. i was like what the heck? im not going back to that shop again!

the CL ecu is causing all of your problems. changing over to obd1 should fix your problem because your computer is not looking for an ignition code.

this is a very unorthodox swap, but im going to say yes, because the people that swap the h22a into the 97-01 preludes only need the jumper harness.
