1992 Civic EXV with 1600cc SOHC VTEC engine and automatic transmission.

Previous, dead ECU is stock 37820-P28-C50.

Possible replacement ECU from 1995 Civic as above, not yet installed, is stock 37820-P28-C52.

What difference does the last digit in the part number make?

Is the C52 good to replace the C50?
 
As long as both cars are automatic transmission I don't see why not. They're both P28 automatics.

The C52 and C50 difference might be date manufactured, ect.
