Yet just north of there, a guy I knew went to prison and got charged with "Failure to exercise civil duty" by not making sure that a person in an auto accident was ok. He went for 4 years and is on probation, or parole (I forget which), for the next 5 years.

Seems like you are damned if you do, and damned if you don't.

on my way to jail, i would be sitting in handcuffs yelling, "i wish you fucking died you horrible, horrible human being".

Also, her statement about her being pulled out like a rag doll insinuates she was already paralyzed? If I lost, I'd just finish the job and set the girl on fire and roll her down the street. With the economy as bad as it is, I'm sure jail is not too bad so long as you avoid getting raped.
