they closed here awhile back ago. said they were having grand sale with 50% off and crap. fucking scammers jacked up the price and with the discount you still either paid the same or close to the same price. only electronic store woth a damn here is best buy. no competition to keep the prices down so lets see how they do in a couple months

Taco my Beaner friend, you are on the ball man. I have always prefered Best Buy over Circuit City. After having gone in there quite a few times I have always felt that their prices were way more expensive than other places, especially Best Buy. Did you guys ever read about the brand new, I think it was an Si, that their car stereo department wired up and caused an oggle of damage to it?

dude CC was always overpriced here in Tally. their car stereo sucked balls with all the cheap crap like bazooka and the cheap alpine stuff. they started to carry eclpise lower grade cd players and speakers but still wanted fortune. I never really liked them due to the customer service being crap. the smaller stuff like cd's,random pc stuff were ok but not worth it. we used to also have another popular store here years ago...damn i forget the name. they went out of business too. they sold high end stuff but wanted at least 50-100 more than the smaller local stores. and they also sucked balls for customer service. best buy isnt all that bad but they offered a better selection of electronics. we have been shpping there lately. we got alaptop, a tv, and surround sound system too. the 12 month free interest is great^_^
for my stereo stuff i walways hit up the local shops that have the real deal high end shit.

ohh an i have heard horror stories from both best buy and CC. i have never let them touch my car. everytime i visited them for a wiring harness they always had some customer returning because something funky is going on the with the electrical system,

only thing good i had happen involving best buy and car electronics was when i went there to get my 7" flip-out installed in my mustang. they were just about to close so he said if i wanted he would install it in the parking lot for me and he'd only charge me $100 i think it was. i was like sure sounds good but i dont have any cash, only a visa card. he said dont worry about it you can pay me tomorrow, and so he went to town installing it. he said he actually installed the exact unit earlier in the day in someone elses car too and it should probably only take like 15mins. sure enough he had it done in no time flat and i was on my way home. happy that i got the thing installed finally, but suprised their were people in this world that nice and trustworthy lol. anyways, i made sure to get over to cc the following day as soon as possible to pay the man.
in other news i did go by the local cc today, and unfortunately it was less than exciting. any good shit was only 10 percent off. cables and other stupid crap was 30% off. woopdeedoo.

thank god I got out of there like 2 years ago. automotive repair is where the money is. when people stop buying cars they fix their old ones
