You have to go through ferarri's driving school in order to buy a new ferarri. If it's a private sale, all bets are off, but Ferarri is strict about it.

They're hard to control, stiff, and extremely overpowered. It's something that you have to learn to drive. When I drove one, I had an instructor sitting in the passenger seat, and he walked me through what to do before we even turned it on.

They're hard cars to control, and prone to power induced slides is all I'm saying. If he was drunk/high it's easy to see how he wrecked and died.
