E efalex New Member Jul 22, 2009 #1 ok so like said i spun a bearing in my y8. yesterday i did a little mini me swap so i now currently have a y8 head, y7 block and ex tranny. but when my rev limiter kicks in a 7 it sounds wicked weird. it gets loud and almost like a constand exploding noise
