so i got notice today that my cousin and her son are moving out. i said ok, but now i need to find another renter.

itll be nice to have my living room back, but the cash helped me not worry about money too much.

any takers? we'll discuss amounts and rules later on.
 
Yeah... we'll see how this goes. Just put up an ad on craigslist for a roommate. lol

nope everyone i know is settled except mark and kate, i extended the offer to them to move in again but shes a neat freak and somewhat prissy about the shortcomings of my house or ability to work on it.
 
For the first month you and Brian should sleep in shifts to make sure the craigslist roommate does not scoop your eye balls out with a melon scoop and cut a kidney out with a steak knife.
 
Yeah, posting for roommates on craigslist..... not such a hot idea when you really think about it.
 
I haven't even gotten any emails from it, probably won't either. Just wanted to put it out there.
 
we rented our place out to two people off craigslist. Super legit roommates.

Woke up Saturday morning as she was leaving for a while.

She came back at 3 pm with 7 friends and a 12' box truck. Packed up EVERYTHING.

... and gone.

Saturday and Sunday night it was so goddamn peaceful in the house I didn't know what to do. :D

Nothing at all. I was home the whole time. She actually left all the shit she's bought over the past year while living here. The scrubber for the dishes, paper towel holder, the curtains in the dining room, all the toilet paper, cleaning shit, etc...

She's not a thief, she's just an annoying female. lol
 
i just had a roommate move out too.. he took so much stuff from the garage thinking it was his.. i just called him and he brought it back.. annoying though
 
Speaking of annoying roommates... I just spent 3k carpeting my house, and the next day he has his gf and her German Shepard over tramping mud all over the place. :mad:
