Wireless Headphones for TV

Is it possible to hook up two sets of wireless headphones so both people can wear them while watching TV and, if so, have them independently able to control the volume of their headphones

I had a RCA setup that supported multiple headphones. And it appears that Sennheiser sells a simliar setup.
