BDN guess what? My roommate just informed me that he'll be moving in with Greg, not us.

That's just great.

Come to find out, my friend Greg who's been helping me tear apart the house, decided that after I'd told Matt (my roommate) about buying the house and we looked around at the house, that he'd offer Matt to move into their house.

Right from underneath me. Behind my fucking back.

Your rent that we discussed will remain the same, but we need to talk exact numbers. I've estimated the gas, water and electric bills, but I honestly have no fucking clue what each of them are going to be. Garbage will be 12 a month, which is set and billed every four months. So either $48 every four months or 12 a month that we'll put in a folder.

I do NOT want TV, but internet is a must. We can start off with the 5 mb FiOS package for now.

I'm seriously fucking pissed off right now. Greg's wife Kylene even rambled out the words "We're indebted to you forever" since I was kind enough to come and keep Kylene company in the house alone while Greg and his uncle went to get new locks and some wood to repair the door after they got broken into in November (I posted about it).

I've helped them pull out the carpet, put in the new floor, put down the quarterround and install the new doors and locks.

Greg has helped me so much so far in the house, but now I find out that while he's patting me on the back in congratulations for the new house, he's jabbing a needle with novocaine in there so that I won't feel the fucking knife that was apparently coming.

Fuck. I guess the second job isn't going to be an option, it's going to be a necessity. Guess I'll be calling Michael tomorrow.

A raise from my dad? Ha. Not until inventory is brought under control... so don't mention it, it won't happen.

you got a spare room..... find another roomate. its that simple.

Anyway, for future reference.... get a lease signed. freinds or not, you're the owner now and you need to step up and do things legit. come tax time, you'll be wanting the lease paperwork in hand as well.

Brian will sign a lease. No worries there.

I don't know anyone else who can afford a room, and I'm not bringing in a stranger to my house.

I wonder if I could knock the wall out between the two rooms and make it one giant room. heh

That blows man. Seriously blows.

This really wasn't about the money though... it's about being floored by this news...

Indiana sucks. You'll do the job for 10 dollars less an hour. lol

Well, my sister made 50k at a mortgage company with no college. In an IT field I'm sure you could find something here.

I'll bet chan does. This lawyers office just spent 7k on a phone system upgrade so that one lawyer didn't have to dial a phone number to get a hold of someone in Fort Wayne from Warsaw. He wanted to push an extension button.

Chan being their IT guy, yeah he's got to make some mad cash. Chan is a white guy too... I thought he was of chinese heritage until I met him the first time. heh

Well that's enough melodrama to last me for the rest of the week.

Leases don't do shit. I can break a lease in a blink of an eye. No one can do shit about it.

Well BDN, if everything goes right I have a semi-job interview tomorrow for a nights-weekends job lined up. The guy that I gave you that card to then took back, I called him today and set up a meeting with him tomorrow at 6 pm.

If I like what I hear I think this house sharing will work out fine.
