Take that code to a paint store and have them mix it for you.

i found some site that was so large i just got the hell out of there lol, but what i was gona do is find some one with those strut bars or buy some junk ones and take itto my local paint shop and they can put it in some machine that tells what it is

Well he told you what it was...any reputable paint shop should be able to mix it with that color code. Old stuff will be faded and dirty I bet. And this comment wasn't supposed to sound dickish, but it kinda does. Not intentional.

He got it from photoshop, so I doubt it will be the same format that paint shops use. It's probably useless to them.
