K24 swap

i guess this would be the approiate forum to post it..well ..i found a front clip of a car and the woman wants 1K for everything..is this a good deal?? a K24 out of a ...not sure..cant tell what car is ..here is a pic of engine

thought soo she wanted 800 for a H22 Vtec from a prelude just the engine but im getting everything from the firewall up =] i am going to try to chew her down maybe to 800 =]

Agreed I wouldnt second guess and take it for the 1000 so he doesnt change his mind about selling it to you... I would splooge to get a k24 for that price but I got my b16a2 for that price so im not complaing...

I wouldnt bring any less than a $1000 but you can throw $800 out there, think if you saved $200 or $100, your that much closer to your swap. Aint nothing wrong with bartering

Yes its still worth it!
A k24 is a great starting point for a build. Hell, your EG will scoot with just the K24 in there. 161 ft lbs of tq will move just fine!

I wouldnt care what kind of K-series for 1 grand its the best thing that could ever happen....your lucky they're not smart asses that knows about imports....even though they do, very little....as you can see they sold it to you for 1k...*lucky BEEEEEP*
