FINISH H22A A FEW DAYS AGO. NOW IT WON'T START. I MESSED THE CLUTCH PEDAL IN ON THE CLUTCH DROPPED TO THE FLOOR. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. INSTALLED NEW CLUTCH, FLYWHEEL, PRESSURE PLATE AND THROWOUT BEARING?:eek:SOMEONE STATED THAT AIR COULD BE IN THE LINE, AND,OTHERS STATED THAT THE SLAVE SOMETHING WAS BAD.

well you needs to bleed the hydro line that goes down to the slave cylinder, if its bad just get a new one there like 10 bucks

Bleed This Morning But Still Cannot Keep The Clutch Pedal Off The Floor. Maybe I Need To Get Someone To Pump The Clutch While I Bleed Thw Cylinder.

lol yes it will take 2 people, one to pump one to bleed the air out and you will need to keep the fluid full so it dont suck more air into it

Thanks Very Much For Advise Ha Ha It Works It Works. Now The Darn Thing Won't Start. Its Is The Solenoid Or Starter.
Thanks For The Help.

Is the switch on the clutch pedal contacting the little rubber grommet, or is it just going through a hole where the grommet used to be?

Its Going Thru The Hole In The Top Of The Pedal. Is There Suppose To Be A Rubber Piece There. What Is It For?

yes, there is supposed to be a rubber grommet there. it pushes the safety switch in which allows the engine to turn over. if the switch isn't pushed the engine won't even turn over. you could push the switch with your finger, and turn the key and see if it turns over, then buy the grommet, or rig something up on the pedal

I bought the rubber items the other day. the engine started as usual so I wondered what did it help. I tried my cruise control and WHAM! the cruise control worked. Cruise control hasn't worked in over 5 yrs. Thanks everyone.

Took car to Honda dealer and was told that the upper clutch pedal pad was off. Buy the rubber item for under 2.00, and fixed it myself.
