Casting Numbers???

just wanted to know if there was anyway of telling what year block i have?
i dunno if it in the casting number that it will show it or if maybe there is a sensor for one series OBD block that there isnt for another.
if it does help though the casting numbers on my GSR block read:

0735110
HM

well that means you have a 94+ gsr lol,,the head numbers will tell you what year

yeah unfortunately i dont have the stock head im running a b16a head on this block

there a casting year is marked at the bottom of the block on the leftside of the front, under the block code, they are all made in advance before the years, I have a 97 del sol si and my stock y8 block was cast in 95
