if you get the complete change over the only thing you need to do is wire up a knock sensor unless you are using a chipprd ecu. use all the supplied mounts with the new motor. you have to use your wire harness since the jdm harness is for the right hand drive cars. use your stock radiator. just...
if you are using a gsr throttle body, you need to change out the throttle cable pulley on it. just use one off of any other throttle body that isnt an automatic.
as for the throttle cable and bracket go to acura and get the bracket and cable for an integra type r the cable is $20 and the bracket is $9. ive got the same manifold and it works great.

im using the hondata that i had in my 2000 si. its tuned for a B16. vtec comes on at 4900 and the rev limiter is at 8400
you can use the b series bracket but the two bolts that youll use to hold the compressor on will break. go to honda and ask for a P54 ac bracket. it comes on the dohc vtec del sols. it allows you to use all four of your bolts on the compressor. make sure it is the P54 and not the P30 or P72
