it's a gsr motor. everything is pretty much upgraded new valvetrain, pistons, rods, cams, sprockets etc. everything except the valve guides and the valve seals. i no i should've changed it, but the motor was running really good before i even did anything to it. i really think it's the valve...

im having the same dayum problem..check your coolant, see if their's oil in there! or try looking on your dip stick, see if its creamy. im waiting for my headgasket to come in. took it out to stretch her legs, and it rips like crazy....ill let you know how it goes..g/l!

when you say everything on the head to be obd1, you mean the sensors?:confused:

i have a built gsr and is blowing white smoke out of the exhaust. when i take the headers off, ports 3 and 4 seems to have coolant in them and is clean with no black carbon residue. where as for ports 1 and 2 seems to be dry w/ minimal amounts of carbon. i recently changed my head gasket and...

would it be possible to use a gsr obd1 block w/ obd2 head? would i encounter any problems between these two? :confused:
