It ended up being the spark plugs. Apparently VTEC does not like the expensive iridum plugs I swapped them with some cheap NGK plugs and it runs alot better. Not perfect but close.
The car hesitates and jerks at light throttle in the middle rpm's (3-5000)
Things I have checked already.
O2 sensor (changed with OEM)
fuel filter (replaced with new)
Dizzy (ohms checked good)
spark plugs (looked good)
spark plug wires (replaced with new)
I have also ran two bottles of fuel...
I own a crx with a B18C in it it currently has a USDM YS1 LS tranny.
I just bought a JDM YS1 LSD tranny I believe it was out of an Integra XSI. Does anyone know if I can use the same axles for the new tranny?

distributor that came with the swap and you use the gsr ecu. and you're going to need to run wires for vtec and wires for the secondary butterflys if you're still using the stock gsr manifold.

Did you buy a OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion harness if you did contact the maker of the harness for assistance.
If you did not and are trying to do it on your own good luck. Try to do a google search for OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion and hopfully somthing will come up to help you.
Convert it to OBD-1 you will be glad you did later. I am still fighting the gremlins of the wireing nightmare from converting the engine to OBD-0.
